It's Happening! We are delighted to now be accepting bookings for stands at the 2025 Gardners Trade Show!
The show will be held on Sunday 21st September at the same venue as the last few years – The Leonardo Hotel (Formerly The Jurys Inn Hotel in Hinckley), near Nuneaton. Show timings still to be confirmed. As ever, the show will be held in conjunction with the Booksellers Association annual conference that direct follows the show, running through to the 22nd.
Priority bookings are open now open for Booksellers Circle members – from 13th June, stand bookings open to all other stocked trade publishers. Last year we had a long waiting list, and with lots more contact from publishers this year we anticipate it selling fast.
We Kindly Ask – that for 2025 you do not upgrade your stand in size from what you had in 2024 – we want to offer as much range as we possibly can for booksellers, so want to be able to accommodate as many publishers as possible.
To book your stand, follow the options below. Single stands come with a Display Rack, Doubles have 1, Triples have 3. You can book Table for an additional fee. If you have a more bespoke request, please contact us.
